Your initial meeting with Bryan typically lasts 45 minutes to one hour. During this time, Bryan will:

You do not need to bring anything specific to the initial consultation, though having a general sense of your debts, income, and monthly obligations can help Bryan give you more tailored advice.

What to Bring If You Decide to Proceed

If you choose to move forward with a bankruptcy filing after your consultation, Bryan will provide a checklist of documents to gather. Common items include:

• Federal tax returns for the past 2 years
• Bank statements for all accounts
• Mortgage statements and vehicle loan information
• Credit card statements and collection letters
